I absolutely loved my nails. I don’t know what his name was, but he did a fantastic job. I kept messing them up by bumping them on the UV light on accident and he kept trying to fix them for me, even though it was my fault. He was super nice and willing to fix my mistakes. He told me to tell him if wanted something different with the length and shape and didn’t make me feel bad. I also showed him a reference picture…

It's very clean and nice looking. I like my nails. They just aren't the shape I requested but super cute. Tiny flaws but overall, I'm happy. I will say Matel isn't very friendly or accepting of questions. Long was super nice and friendly.
